This task is a real test of understanding of the most famous pythagorean triple, but also of the concept of hypotenuse.  Learners could be encouraged to write down a sentence justifying their choice, or perhaps discuss with partners.  Possible extension could be for learners to generate examples and non examples which satisfy, for instance the 5,12,13 triple.
