Learner Generated Quadratics

In this task pupils have to generate their own examples of quadratics.  They have to give a sketch and a possible equation for their sketch, which satisfies each box on the grid. 

I have used less/same/more in the past, but I wanted to tighten the constraints in this task, so have used a structured criteria grid instead.
